If you don't love it we'll take it back, no questions asked!

We strive to exceed your expectations and delight you with every product you receive. All products are made with the best materials using our proprietary technologies and systems, and most are produced within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement, refund or account credit within 30 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions listed here. As Zazzle launches new products, it will update the Returns information as necessary.

  • Shoes: Custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.
  • Stitch Files: In order to obtain a refund of the stitch file conversion fee, you must contact customer support within 10 days of receiving your embroidered product(s) and you must return the product to Zazzle. If you posted an embroidered product for sale to your store without ordering a product, you must request a refund of the conversion fee within 10 days of the date Zazzle uploaded the stitch file to your "My Images" library, which will be indicated by the "sent date" of the stitch file confirmation email sent to you. If Zazzle refunds the stitch file conversion fee, the stitch file will be deleted from your store.

Undeliverable Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Zazzle reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange, refund, or an account credit, the process is simple:

  1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
