琥珀 - 太陽の輝き (光の結晶) TIE

琥珀は天然樹脂の化石であり宝石です。特定な条件で燃やせば甘くてよい香りがし、香料としても知られています。古代ギリシャではἤλεκτρονと呼ばれ、「太陽の輝き」という意味です。この古代ギリシャ語ἤλεκτρονは、英語のelectricityの語源であり、これは電気を意味し、琥珀を擦ると静電気を発することに由来しています。やや暗いめの単色の琥珀色の生地の上に、太陽から降り注ぐ輝きを連想する六角形の光の結晶を描きました。ネクタイの裏面に小さく古代ギリシャ語のἤλεκτρονの文字を添えました。
