The glossy surface looks great and durable. Some of these mugs are inside a little rough. That's not visible but when you slide inside with a metal spoon on the wall, it can make scary noises. This one however is rather smooth inside. The print is perfect! The colors look absolutely like the colors on this Zazzle image! If the images could be printed on both sides closer to the handles (the design software would have to be changed a little), these mugs would look even cooler.
