A large and attractive hand coloured 1745 sea chart of the entire Mediterranean region. Drawn in considerable detail with most ports clearly labelled. Large title cartouche in the lower left quadrant. Rumb lines throughout with a decorative compass rose at the centre. An inset depicts “The Road to Leghorn” or Livorno harbour.

The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
