ANTIQUE CATTLE PRINTS, HEREFORDS & OTHER BREEDS Selection of Antique Steel Engravings from the Herd Book of Hereford Cattle and other Breeds. Published from 1848 as the Herd Books of Hereford Cattle many of these prints were engraved by A M Gauchi and depict the most famous Hereford Cattle of the day. Many were exported to both the South and Norh of America to "Beef" up the Long and Short-Horn Breeds.Also earlier engravings of various breeds.
