To the Victorians, a lush head of hair was a woman’s most desired attainment. The magazines of the time were full of ads about products that would morph thin straggly hair into a crowning glory, follicularly speaking. Which brings us to this ad, which is a classic of its time, and originally found in a pile of Victorian paper I was the lucky recipient of some years back.
