18th birthday card for granddaughter. Blue theme. 18 is the age is on the front of the card, but you can choose a different age.
It could for example be a 16th birthday card, 17th birthday card, or 21st happy birthday card for your grandaughter.
The option for a larger card is also available.
There is a silver trimming on the blue themed card at the top and bottom of the card. If you choose the option for a bigger card, the trimming is all the way round.
This Happy Birthday card can also be adapted to be sent to your grandson.

We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter.
