19th century pig print Berkshire sow no. 1 Notebook
From a circa 1890 book I have on the raising of farm animals. There are oodles of items in my store bearing prints from this book: cows, sheep, poultry, other pigs, the works !! This is captioned 'Berkshire sow, breeder.' Note that the pig appears on both the front and back covers, in mirror image. Note also that this is one of two different Berkshire sow prints in my shop. It is cardboard and plastic /laminated when it clearly states leather. I was expecting a leather front page. .
