The end product turned out nice. We added a rice paper jacket with a heart sticker seal and received many compliments on the invite. The site was difficult to use, as there were numerous issues with the editing options. After several reboots and starting over with the design, I was finally able to get the site working properly. The site also combined my shipping and billing addresses, and because there is no phone number for customer support, it took several days to contact customer service via email. The final product was delivered in a regular envelope, which postal services bent and crammed into my postal box. Thankfully the product was not damaged. The printing was flawless. Very professional look. Samples of paper types on the website would have been appreciated as the final product looked very different.
