The card is beautiful, and was exactly what I wanted for a 45th birthday. This symbol is a sort of shibboleth to determine someone's age or record-awareness, but it's hip and interesting looking. I liked the colors so well, I wrapped other presents to match. I did not have anything printed on it and resent having to fill this out.
