I ordered my product on November 27th it was shipped on December 3rd it is now December 23rd and I have not received it. There is no phone contact info so everything is done through email. Had they been more prompt maybe this could have been reproduced and over night shipped and I could of had my dad's Christmas gift in time for Christmas. I dont know I haven't received my product
