I ordered these invitations on felt paper. The quality was very good. When I first received my order I was somewhat disappointed because all of the customized text on the invitations was skewed to the left despite making sure everything was centered properly on the proof. I contacted customer service, informed them about the problem. They requested I send them an image of one of the invitations I received. They then agreed to reprint and send a new set. The second set arrived promptly (just like the first time). The second set was perfect! They really do mean when they promise 100% satisfaction!
