ABOUT THIS PICTURE: Campground host and avid photographer Vickie says, “Scout snuggles with our guests. He’s very affectionate, talks to me in sweet little lamb-to-mum tones. I wish I could bottle it. It's obvious now. All the guests say ’He sure knows you!’ He was standing looking up at guests at the fence. I walked up and he tried to scale the fence to be cuddled. Rarely am I the one to feed him, so that’s not the draw. I think it's all the time I spent with him. When other sheep in the flock were head butting him, I stayed with him in the pasture. He felt safe and would sleep. Otherwise he paced the fence.” || Vickie lives on our 440-acre Cedar Mountain Farm in North Idaho. Surrounded by mountains and hay fields and wild flora and fauna, the forested farm offers dramatic clouds, scenic vistas, a rustic pond and rippling creek, and outdoor family adventures. Vickie is at home with rabbits, chickens, horses, sheep and goats, and loves to introduce them to guests of all ages.
