A bright folk art "Thank You" Card with birds

This card is inspired mostly by the Mezen folk art style from Russia, especially its painted birds and geometric patterns. Also the card has a sort of "tropical batik" feel due to the bright blue and orange colours. My new Delta Folk Art range of cards is for anybody mad about or just interested in history, period and folk art & crafts, new age, archaeology, folklore, nature, travel and even time travel, mythology, period living, legends, traditions, patterns, textiles, world cultures. There are elements of my favourite styles in the design of the cards: Art and Craft Movement, Symbolism, Ethnic Style, Mediaeval manuscripts, Russian Folk Art. I strive to create a range of cards which are beautiful, unique, and unusual.
