Haiga is a unique art of Japanese origin from 17 century. It combines painting, haiku, and calligraphy. I have been studying Japanese culture for over ten years, painting sumi-e, writing haiku and related forms, and learning the Japanese language. In this calendar, I share my love for Japanese art with everyone who is also interested in it, and love it.
