"A Miniature Sleigh" Christmas Card

This is my Christmas card from 2008, featuring the only girl in my extended family (not including the women). Her love of reading and magic inspired me to think of a pop-up book that popped so far up that it came to life. One line in Clement C. Moore’s famous poem that always jumps out at me is the one about the “miniature sleigh and eight tiny reindeer.” Between that one and the one about Santa being “a right jolly old elf,” I don’t think Moore had the same idea about the size of Santa and his reindeer that we do today.
