I have a place just like this, near my home, where I love to go and savour the crisp fall air, and soak in the vibrant sunshine of a New England autumn day. The colours are ablaze, and the squirrel is readying himself for a long cold winter, but the atmosphere is charged with a sense of beauty and tranquillity. I love to meditate in this spot, and think how great is God, and how masterful His sense of beauty and awe. Hopefully I have captured a little of that sense in this painting. Enjoy it on this greeting card which is suitable to cheer anyone up, on any ocassion.
