GRAND AVE. W. SPRINGFIELD, IL 62702 (paperclip it to a picture) I just know I had always had migraines and they had gotten worse the last couple years and more frequent, as soon as I put the arise card on my picture I felt a click in my neck. I have had a couple headaches since then, but just a couple and not near the severity of pain. That's all i know.
