A beauiftull rendering of a skeleton revealed by an angel in this Skeletal Etchings from the 1747 book Tabulae sceleti et musculorum corporis humani (Tables of Skeleton and Muscles of the Human Body) by Bernhard Siegfried Albinus, the artist was Jan Wandelaar who was critisied at the time for his whimsical backgrounds. I think their lovely myself.
