Initially I wasn't sure how to enter the data on the business card. I messed up the first order & received an email that order was cancelled. I sent an email to customer service asking for help and received a very quick response. I was able to enter my order correctly and received the business cards quickly as well. The colors were very true to the picture and the quality is excellent.
The only thing is since I let spaces in between some lines, I would have liked to know how to increase the font size of the wording. When I order refills I will ask.
