Adaptive Living Tool Daily Tasks Chores To Do List Poster

Made as a poster with a matte finish which can be laminated or placed under a clear piece of acetate, this 16" x 20" daily tasks list is what I used for many years as a compensating strategy for some elements of my daily life affected by brain injury and PTSD. This version can be modified, but the list came from using it over many years and in answer to a simple question about daily living - what things would be included in a "normal" lifestyle? There will likely be another version of this daily tasks list (this one is particularly suited to adults with disabilities because it was designed for my skills and limitations.)
