Or, she's just happy to be a nurse? You can interpret this any way you want. Customise this with her name underneath her (or delete text to have blank.) The 12th mark has the medical red cross, the 3 mark as a syringe shot, the 6 shot is a medicine bottle and the 9 spot is a digital thermometer which reads 98.6F (get it 9 at the 9?)
