I was thrilled when I took this clock out of the package! The quality is so good that at first I thought it was made of glass. Good, solid quality. It is not completely silent but is not loud by any means. I can't speak to how well it keeps time as I haven't had it long enough, but so far so good. The printing is exactly the colors I chose and exactly as it appeared on the website. Love the fact that I could customize it. I should have chosen the silver hands instead of black as they don't show up well (my own fault), but fixed that by painting hand tips silver.
