National flag of Albania The Albanian national flag is red in colour, and in the centre is a black silhouette of a two-headed bald eagle, which is used as a national symbol. The current version of the flag was adopted in 1992, and has a 5:7 ratio. Note that any distortion in the preview image is caused by compression artefacts, and won't be printed.
