This notebook shows a San Diego Alligator Lizard. While taking a hike near a lake in California, my daughter and I nearly stepped on this handsome fellow who was basking in the sun in the middle of the trail. This beautiful lizard can grow to be 16 inches (38.1 cm) in total length including the tail. This one was quite long and I had a hard time trying to fit all of him in the photograph. This notebook is perfect for reptile lovers.
