Alpha Queen (Name and Style) Beer Bottle Label

Only the flower or cone from the female hop plant is used and only female plants are grown in hop fields to prevent pollination. In the cone there are tiny golden globules of a waxy substance called lupulin. Lupulin contain the desired bitter resins and aromatic oils for beer. The bitter resins fall into two categories, alpha and beta acids. Alpha acids provide the measurable hop bitterness. Alpha Queen has a "bit" of an attitude and is perfect for a hoppy Pale Ale brew. Ancient cuneiform symbols on her crown say Alpha Queen and her tattoo is the ancient symbol for beer. The first documented hop cultivation was in the year 736, in what is now the Hallertau region of Germany. I've tried to incorporate all of this and the botanical parts of the hop plant into the design.
