Bieres de la Meuse is a gorgeous example of his ability to enliven commercial art with bright colours and intricate ornamentation. The poster features a beautiful young woman holding a mug of foaming beer. She wears flowers, laurels, and golden wheat in her bright red hair. Her dress is dark red, and she wears a gold plate belt.
