Alzheimer's Dementia Patience Kindness Information Business Card

These Alzheimer's / Dementia cards were inspired by my mother-in-law, who has dementia. They read, "The person I'm with has Alzheimer's. Your patience and kindness is appreciated. Thank you." These are great for when you're at a restaurant, doctor's office, hospital, or any other public place. They're easy to discreetly hand to someone to give them a "heads up," and the text can be customised, if desired. The design is based on a simple black and white colour scheme but can be customised to any colours you'd like.
