The picture looked nice, but I was very disappointed to see that there was an obvious black scuff mark on the opposite side of the mug from the picture. I tried hand washing it, but it won't come off. I had bought this for my father as a birthday gift and was very embarrassed to see the blemish. I'm not sure I would ever order again if this is the quality of products they send. The artwork was fine.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing. It will make an excellent present, which the purchase was intended for.
