I had a few questions about the product before I ordered and customer service was great, assuring me that if I didn't absolutely love it, they would refund my money. However, that wasn't necessary since I'm very pleased. Colors were just what I expected, the printing clear even though I greatly enlarged the image to 40" x 60". Everything looked great on the heavyweight paper.
The shipper did damage the tube that the map came it and there was some "crinkle" marks. However, the paper and image hid it well enough for me. I did tell Zazzle in case they wanted to file a claim and they insisted on refunding the shipping cost since I insisted on keeping the map. What a nice surprise.

This map is beautiful. Zazzle is a great company with excellent customer service. The colors are as pictured. It hangs nicely. I got the heavyweight paper and it's perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
