I have Fibromyalgia. A lot of us laugh about "Fibro Fog" but it really is a very serious matter. You see, our grey matter is disappearing at 3x the rate of people without Fibro. This is why we have trouble "finding words" when we need them. Everyday ordinary words escape us, or we'll use a word that isn't even close, and we don't always recognise words when used at us. I once stared at a neighbour for the longest time because she asked to use my dustpan. I had no idea what a dustpan was...
