Arizona State Flag

This design features the state flag of Arizona, which is in the southwestern region of the United States. Southern Arizona is known for its desert climate, with very hot summers and mild winters. On the other hand, Northern Arizona features mountain ranges, deep canyons and forests of pine, Douglas fir, and spruce trees, with much more moderate summer temperatures and significant winter snowfalls. The red and yellow of Arizona's flag symbolise the state's picturesque landscape; the centre star represents the state's high copper production.
