In the southwest, we don't get enough snow (or none at all) to make snowmen. Some creative people make snowmen out of materials available in the desert. One thing we have plenty of is tumbleweeds. The upper text reads, "Merry Christmas! from Arizona" and is customisable so you can add your own message or state. The lower text reads, "To: From:" for adding the giver and receiver.
