It has a damask style daisy flower lace background that has been graphically altered to look like three dimensional, antiqued vintage gold metal, laid over a coloured background. The text is placed in a cream layer with a faux gold 3d looking frame and a matching border. This is designed to look like a second layer over the lacey layer.
