The first order we placed didn't turn out the way we wanted because the font sizes were not easy to read. However, Zazzle excellent customer service allowed us to readjust our design and reprinted our order at no additional cost. Zazzle certainly carries out their customer satisfaction guarantee! This second printing turned out much better and more clear than the first. The paper quality is as described, and colors are very vibrant. The only thing to be aware of is that some of the fonts may not be as legible in print as they are online, so if you plan to use creative fonts, aim to err on the larger side of the font sizes.
