I initially set out order something else and saw the aprons...I was delighted to find that they could be customized. Being able to customize the message meant I could order one for each member of the family. It's a good sturdy fabric. Haven't washed it yet, but I expect it wash well. I requested a name to be spelled a specific way and was pleased that it worked out so well. The colors are a little muted, but still easily read from a distance.
