Auspicious OM Hoodie

Meditation is a tradition that originated in ancient India as an Ayurvedic practice. Currently, meditation has gained wider acceptance across the globe due to its benefits. The chanting of OM is also useful for meditation as it helps to achieve spiritual emancipation. The syllable is thus a prominent component of Yoga, and the ancients used it as a pathway to gain ultimate knowledge.
