Rolling Awareness Through Movement® lessons are hands down some of my favourite lessons to do. They energise and help me to iron out my daily kinks. This image is actually derived from an image of me on one of my daily rolls. I thought I would breakup the patter on this one with a hint of orange....a bit of variation you might say.
