From www.railphotoexpress.biz - Built at Baldwin Locomotive Works, June 1916 . Type: 2-8-0 Consolidation . Used first by Oneida (TN) and Western Railroad as No. 20. Bought by the Rahway Valley Railroad of New Jersey in 1937. Became Rahway Valley Railroad No. 15. The Rahway connected to the DL&W at Summit, NJ and the No. 15 was at least once repaired in the DL&W Scranton shops. Now on display At Steamtown National Historical Site, Scranton Pennsylvania.
