Bathers in Perros Guirec Maurice Denis Painting Poster. "Never the nature seemed to me more beautiful than in Perros" wrote Denis about this seaside resort where he bought a small villa. The place was at the time a small and remote fishing village. Denis produced a series of pictures of nudes at the beach or in bucolic settings, based on mythological themes. Famous as the bridge between impressionism and modernism Denis painted many Symbolist and religious pictures - this one would be fine on a bedroom or dorm wall and is available in other sizes and paper finishes.
