Beach sunset in Ocean Shores, WA photo Magnet

This magnet shows a photo from the "Beautiful Coastal Washington Ocean Sunset" calendar. This calendar contains dramatic photos of Pacific Northwest Coast sunsets. Although the western skies over the Pacific Ocean are often grey and sodden, occasionally the sunsets are spectacular, exciting, dazzling displays of colour and texture. Sometimes the sun peeks through a heavy cloud bank with a stunning burst of light. One can never predict if the western sky will be golden yellow, fiery orange, mauve, purple, or black. I make my way to our beautiful beaches in my home town of Ocean Shores, Washington, as often as I can to try to capture a few of these magical moments.
