The follow-through to make sure things are happening with a REAL PERSON is so nice. This keychain was well-made and very professional looking. It certainly looked more expensive than what I paid and I feel like it really tied together the favors nicely. I received many compliments for the thoughtfulness of the personal touch and that was easy to do at such an affordable price! Printing quality is never ever an issue with zazzle products in my experience, and this keychain was no different. The glitter isn’t real glitter; however, the printing effect makes it look as real as possible!

These are a durable metal and the colors are vibrant. One of the clasp came broken but received a new one quickly. Customer service was responsive and quick to resolve the issue. They are bigger than I thought but still work for my wedding. I am satisfied with the print quality and surprised at how vibrant the colors are.
