The dog portrait on this multi piece jigsaw puzzle shows a very gentle and tender relationship beteen a belgium shepherd dog and a little black kitten named Trooper. The story behind this union is sad but with a happy ending. While walking my dog I found trooper the kitten left for dead in the middle of the road., I really couldn't just leave hime there for children to see so I went home to get a bag to put hime and to bury him, My husband and me went back to lift him from the road and he cried a tiny meow! my husband took him home and I continued on my dog walk, When I returned home my husband told me that the kitten had died in his hands so he'd wrappedd him in a blanket and put him on a chair in the shed, I went to the shed to say goodbye to the little kitten, I picked his limp little body up and held him close to say gooobye, but to my surprise he moved and meowed again! my heart went out to him and I knew he was a little fighter. So, to cut the story short... my husband drove him to our amazing vet, she took him on but we couldnt afford to pay for his treatment, he was brain damaged to the extent that he had to lean on the walls of the house to walk around and he was blind with brain damage, his treatment was very expensive, so my vet took him on as her own, he survived and has since started to walk a bit weirdly but unaided and is now leading a very happy life with his belgium shepherd sisters, they were his adopotive mums.
