Berkeley California City Map 1898 Poster

This is a map of central Berkeley from 1898. It was intended as a student guide to the city and includes the campus and an index of major buildings. This map predates the 1923 fire that burned much of the city north of the campus and changed the city forever. A very nice view of how the campus and city looked in 1898. See my other poster on this site for a version that includes some of the interesting ads in the student guide book from 1898.
