While it takes a bit of time to put all the photos on the mug, it's worth it. Everyone is so happy. That said, user experience could be tightened up. It took me forever to figure out how to change the text and color on the box. I'd also like the option to size the images to a grid so they're all aligned exactly. As is now, they shift and I had to eyeball it. Don't know. I haven't seen one in person. They were gifts.
