I was so excited to give this gift to my Mom for Mother's Day. Arrived broken( both cups)! Quality of personalized cup was very nice but again, BROKEN! I was scrambling to find a nice gift for my Mom, I reached out to ZAZZLE, included pictures and NO RESPONSE, still! As of (June 4, 2024). Extremely disappointing! There are many personalization vendors, I won’t use this one again! Doesn’t matter how nice the printing is, it arrived broken
