The mug is a nice quality mug and I liked that it was black on the inside and white on the outside as it brought contrast to the photos. My husband loved the cup from our daughter as it had pictures of the two of them together. The printing is gorgeous and I am so pleased. There was one tiny little spot where it looks like an image did not print fully but it is so small an unnoticeable that I was not concerned. Overall I would definitely use zazzle again.
