Big Horn Sheep Mouse Pad
A native of Yellowstone and the Big Horn Basin, big horn sheep come down from the higher elevations (usually after the first heavy snowfall and during the yearly rut) to graze and stock up for the long, cold winters. They can be observed and photographed in large herds and will often pose for humans. The males are predominantly territorial and more than one male in a herd will often fight by clashing their massive horns together in an attempt to get the attention of the herd's females and to establish dominance with the other males in the herd.
