The colors and design of the card turned out to be almost exactly the same as seen on the website. Initially when I received the cards, I was happy with the print qualities til I saw my Chinese character surname was not printed out but an odd square symbol replaced it. I informed the customer service as this seemed overlooked during the process of quality check before the cards were shipped to me. The customer service quickly replaced by reprinting them and shipped to me using express shipping as they understood the urgency of my need. I truly appreciate the quick follow-up.
