This photograph of a cute, black bear cub in a tree was taken at Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. I got this picture of the cub when it was in the tree eating near a historical place we stopped at in Cades Cove. The ranger let me and many other people take pictures of it at a close range while he stood nearby and watched.
